He is Promoter, Director of Yes Telecom India Private Limited, a company incorporated in the year 2010 operating in telecom sector undertaking maintenance services for Optical Fibers of various top telecom companies of India. in his newer venture, he is Promoter and Director of Dhavit Global Life Sciences Private Limited formerly known as Dhavit Industries India Private Limited.
This is a venture floated with focus on ailing Indian population to offer affordable medicines and health care services.
After extensive research, due diligence and detailing, Suresh has decided to diversify and expand his entrepreneurial wings in the new territory with great social concern. Dhavit is determined to establish state of art, internationally acceptable pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities at industrial development corporation at Chincholi near Solapur in state of Maharashtra, India.
Mrs. Surekha Katgaon
Director & Promoter
She is an inspiration and source of energy to Mr Suresh. She is partner and promoter cum Director of Yes Telecom India Private Limited since its incorporation for Dhavit Global Life Sciences Private Limited formerly Dhavit Industries India Private Limited. She is one of the promoters along with Mr Suresh in this healthcare venture.
She is also proprietor of Shree Datta Enterprises the firm which undertakes various Government tenders and contracts.
Her social awareness and leadership skills create the energy and enthusiasm within the team. These virtues have made Mrs. Surekha a successful businesswoman,, socially connected and kindhearted leader within the society.
Mr. H. Rajeev

Rajeev is the Director and Head of Domestic operations – Sales, Marketing & Business Development of Dhavit.
Rajeev is a Professional with 30 plus year’s experience in Pharma Sales and Marketing with proven track record in the industry. His core strengths are Strategic thinking and execution, People leadership, Building Sustainable Business, Team Management, Analytical skills and Result Orientation.
Rajeev has worked for eminent organizations like Wockhardt Ltd, Lupin Ltd., Reliance Life Sciences, Alembic Ltd., Alkem Labs and Tablets India Ltd.
Mr. Prabhakar Bethi
Marketing Head
Prabhakar Bethi, is a marketing professional with 30 years of experience in pharma industry. His last assignment was as Vice President – Marketing & Sales. He has worked with various reputed companies like Centaur Pharma, Alkem, Cosme Pharma (Now Oaknet), Concept Pharma, Cadila Pharma and Aristo (Mapra).

Mr. Santosh Savarkar

Santosh is Regulatory affairs & Quality compliance professional with rich 26 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He had worked with top Indian pharma companies like – Cipla, Unichem, Glenmark, Alembic. After 24 years of corporate career, Santosh started his career as a freelance regulatory and quality compliance service provider.
Quality compliance auditor for drugs and pharmaceutical and Medical devices industries. Offering services within Vendor and GMP Audits, ISO13485 Third Party audits for Medical Devices, Quality compliance.
Santosh is experienced regulatory strategist for markets like USA, Europe, Canada, Australia & emerging Markets and domestic Indian markets.
As a regulatory professional Santosh has exposure and hands on experience in marketing authoirisation dossier compilations and submissions vs ANDA. MAA as per Europan procedures. Liaisoning with CDSCO/ DCGI zonal and central offices.
At Dhavit, he comes with his Regulatory and quality compliance experience and taking care of Quality compliance and liasoning responsibilities within team.

Milind Kulkarni has vast, more than 30 years of working experience in pharmaceutical projects and engineering departments at top Indian Pharma companies. He had worked for the organizations like Bayer India, Indofil, Lupin, Orchid Chemicals, Emcure, Dr. Reddy’s Lab.
In his career span, has handled more than 30 billion USD, worth of projects. He is director and partner in M/s. Nalini Designs & Solutions LLP.
Apart from Nalini Designs & Solutions LLP, he was associated as subject matter expert and consultant with various international management and strategic consultants – McKinsey and co, PWC, Qualiculture, Qualimind…
Milind has also worked in the field of Lean Manufacturing concepts, Six Sigma & operations excellence and well aware of cGMP requirements and regulations as applicable to Active Pharma ingredients and formulations while Managing and consulting the organizations as mentioned above.

Medical Practitioner by profession since last Fifteen years, Dr. Appasha Umadi is successfully running his practices for the socially and economically backward society at smaller town near Solapur in Maharashtra. He is a Director in Solapur Care Multi Specialty Hospital since its incorporation.
It was his vast knowledge and experience in the medical field that initiated and sowed an idea of Pharmaceutical Industry to Mr Suresh.
